World-leading behavioural scientist Patrycja Slawuta joins UPowr Advisory Board

We’re excited to announce the appointment of Patrycja Slawuta to the UPowr Advisory Board.

Splitting her time between New York and Australia, Patrycja is a world-leading behavioural scientist, specialising in the complexity and nonlinearity of human behaviour.

After spending over a decade in academia, Patrycja founded SelfHackathon, a boutique behavioural consultancy that uses cutting edge scientific research for business innovation. Patrycja also recently developed PsychTech, an initiative investigating how to leverage human ingenuity with machine intelligence.

Patrycja lectures globally and works with some of the most exciting and disruptive startups and organisations in the world helping them hack, rewire and evolve models to best understand human behaviour.

As an advisor to UPowr, Patrycja will work with the executive team on experience design and customer-focused product development – a core differentiator in UPowr’s model. Patrycja will also provide mentorship on research opportunities and employee experience.

Stu Philpot, CEO and co-founder of UPowr, is thrilled to welcome Patrycja to the Advisory Board.

“Patrycja is an exceptional psychologist in the human behaviour field. We’re fortunate to have her expertise and skills available to us as an organisation focused on creating great customer experiences and engagement in new energy products and services that will shape generations to come. We are humbled to build an Advisory board with the calibre of Megan and Patrycja.”

Patrycja commenced her role of Advisor in April 2020, joining current UPowr Advisory Board Member, Megan McGregor.
